Product and frying profile
Confirm product dimensions, incoming moisture, target color, texture and required residence time through testing.
- Floating and sinking products need different control.
- Coated products may create more fines.
- Feed uniformity affects color consistency.
Heating and temperature control
Choose the heating arrangement against available utilities, control response, production duty and local installation requirements.
- Confirm gas, electric, thermal-oil or other approved utility.
- Review control zones and safety interlocks.
- Do not compare nominal power without product load.
Oil circulation and filtration
Oil turnover, fines removal and accessible cleaning are part of the fryer system—not optional afterthoughts.
- Match filtration to crumb load.
- Plan safe oil circulation and maintenance access.
- Connect deoiling immediately after frying where required.
Line integration
Specify upstream feed, downstream deoiling, seasoning, cooling and packaging so that no stage becomes the bottleneck.
What to Send Before Equipment Selection
Provide raw material, finished product, target throughput, package format, workshop dimensions, voltage, utilities, project stage and any local standard. These inputs allow a configuration discussion without inventing specifications.
